But I gonna try. And I'll try to justify it.

I think Bersih is shit. It smells and is rotten like shit. It's my frank and sincere opinion. It's a fair comment when you consider the arguments I put out below.

Bersih was not registered as an organization, or a legal entity, under the Societies Act whatever. The Minister of Home Affairs has declared it an illegal organization. And shit by definition is also ordure = foul language. An illegal organization therefore deserves a foul language. Like organizations of secret societies, thugs and gangsters.

An illegal organization trying to get people to break laws and disturb the peace doubly deserves a foul language. Clearly they were breaking the laws. The DBKL has refused permission for a rally there. The Police obtained a Court Order not to touch Dataran Merdeka.

Yet Ambiga went gaga telling everybody to meet at Dataran Merdeka. A lawyer who should know the law did not have the organization registered the last time around. Now asking people to flout the laws. And some 70 members of the Malaysian Bar in complicity, supposedly monitoring the rally. Weren't all those of the shit mentality?

Under the Peaceful Assembly Act which came into force on 23 April 2012, there was no need for a permit to rally. But they had to inform the Police on the locality to rally at. That locality can only be agreed to if there is no security consideration or undue disturbance to other members of the public. Even going by that Act, they broke the laws.

Complicity by or with the Opposition political parties also made Bersih look and smell shit. Bersih was supposed to deal only with election issues to be taken up with the Election Commission. But, like the previous rally, political issues of the Opposition parties were also mixed in. Those that were beyond the scope and the powers of the EC to act upon.

At one time there were 22 issues. Then reduced to 12. All those were hyped up over a week prior to the rally. Only 3 days before the rally proper did Ambigaga announce "three issues Bersih had for the EC". By that time PAS, DAP and PKR had already revved up their members' and supporters' sentiment on attending the rally, built on the issues their parties have been taking up since before.

That snaky strategy made Ambigaga and her steering committee steer zig-zaggedly in the attempt to gain rally popularity, claiming hugely higher than the 25,000 estimated by the Police who had still and mobile cameras in helicopters that could cover all angles of the rally.

The 25,000 figure that even BBC News and Reuters used - the news organizations that existed even before World War II, with training and experience in estimating the number of Allied soldiers landing at Normandy, and of mass rallies in Egypt Tahrir Square and Libya Independence Square. Bersih shitted with nonsensical and ridiculous attendance figures, ranging from 100,000 reported by the Opposition blogs, to 250,000 cheekily announced by the naughty lady, and an astronomical 300,000 said by the most miserable of all politician in this country - Anwar Ibrahim.

Miserable because he got kicked out from DPMship (otherwise might already be PM now), failed in his katak lompat coup d'etat on 16 September 2008, his sodomizing act recorded by the Appeal Judges of Sodomy I, now facing an Appeal on Sodomy II judgment, and slapped with a Court charge for his acts during the rally that were said to have incited others to breach the barriers, rushed into Dataran Merdeka and caused the Bersih riots on 28 April.

Bersih was shit in so many aspects. Good that the authorities have charged Ambigaga and 9 other committee members as well. Arrested and charged 26 of the 141 who were caught on video to have rioted. Good also that the authorities are putting out hours-long video on the rally showing how shitful Bersih was.

Aku.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-194647368902980524.post-87838181216470370642012-06-03T09:47:02.618-07:002012-06-03T09:47:02.618-07:00Better late than never.Better late than never.Parcifalnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-194647368902980524.post-7015672198569463842012-05-23T08:31:32.622-07:002012-05-23T08:31:32.622-07:00Welcome back KM. Was dying to know your t...Good to have you back KM! Was dying to know your thoughts on our current political climate. And as usual, your analysis is so much better than the clueless "columnists" and so called pundits we have in the alternative media. No comparison.

"This ingrained alienisation -- borne of divergent social, educational and linguistic paradigms -- is the true target for reform, not the incoherent demands by Bersih."

Spot on. Isn't this like the core of all our problems? That we lack, like you said so many times in the past, a common national identity with common goals and objectives. And this problem has gotten worst in recent years and will only get worst with Najib's support of vernacular schools. Not only do we not go to the same schools, but also we speak different languages, watch different tv channels, listen to different radio stations. At the rate we're going, this country is just not sustainable. By the way, do you think we'll see the day we shut down these SJKCs? It seems that the government is adamant that it will stay and with the elections around the corner I don't think these schools will disappear anytime soon.

With regards to Brader Anwar.......I was never a fan add to the fact that my parents are both government people. My father has his reservations. The old man rarely speaks his mind but as a loyal civil servant working in an all too secretive department, I can tell that he recognizes a traitor when he sees one.

We had some really fine PMs in nation's history. Our first PM was the quintessential Malay gentleman who was qualified for the Bar in England. For all his flaws, he did led the country to independence. Tun Razak was a child prodigy, MCKK school captain, organized a local resistance movement during WW2, also read law and at one point had the chance to become dictator but gave power back to parliament avoiding the fate that befell on our less fortunate neighbour countries. Hussein Onn, from what I've heard and read was a very strict disciplinarian. A no nonsense man with a deep appreciation of the rule of Law. My father said he would have never tolerated the likes of Anwar Ibrahim. Dr.M is self explanatory. I remember reading my first Dr.M book "Malays forget easily" when I was 15. Its a short book with a red cover and was basically a recollection of a speech he gave in one of the UMNO general assembly. I remember being so inspired after reading that book I started taking my exams more seriously. For all his shortcomings, perhaps there is one thing he did accomplish, he inspired the nation. By the way I've always found that he writes very well, the type of English that you can only find with the english educated pre-Merdeka Malays. Pak Lah......well lets just say he's an exception. All in all we had some pretty badass ex prime ministers. How does brader Anwar compare to the list of names above? Whats his credentials? An ex student leader holding a 3rd class Malay Studies degree. Yep this is the messiah we've all been looking for. The anugerah Tuhan that will work miracles for this country if he gets elected.

Not to say that we have geniuses in BN either, pretty much both sides of the political aisle are filled with clueless morons.

KM which politician do you think has the potential or the 'testicular fortitude' to really lead this great country of ours? Will we ever see the day our very own Kelantan born, PJ bred, Californian businessman run for parliament? That will be the dream for sure!Naifhttp://www.facebook.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-194647368902980524.post-92063845369218196102012-05-18T20:08:37.280-07:002012-05-18T20:08:37.280-07:00a nice read as always..a nice read as always..rexuanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12112596070194785264noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-194647368902980524.post-58975792706642845022012-05-18T09:18:47.313-07:002012-05-18T09:18:47.313-07:00Salam bro KijangMas
